BLACK CADILLAC – 4oz Black Cherry-Black Raspberry, Ginger and Sage Shrub

Proving to be a Season favorite!  Black Cadillac is chock full of rich black cherries and black raspberries, spiced with fresh garden sage, Ceylon cinnamon and ginger root.  For a unique twist on roast chicken, add a full bottle to your roasting pan and allow chicken (whole or breasts) to marinade for 1 hr.  Cover with foil and roast at 350 for about 45 minutes.  Black Cadillac marries well with bourbon and whiskey, but also makes for a winter-warming martini (1-to-1 ratio shrub to vodka) with a drop or two of bitters.
