Generally speaking, a “sipping vinegar” refers to apple cider vinegar infused with fruits, herbs, spices, botanicals and sometimes vegetables.  BooYAH!’s sipping vinegars are sugar-free (no sweeteners — natural or artificial).  Sipping vinegars are a delicious way to do your daily ACV regimen.  1oz a day, about the same time each day, can help lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, build the body’s immune system, and even the body’s pH.   Our great-tasting sipping vinegars also make great salad dressings (with or without oil) and marinades (vinegar is naturally tenderizing).  Inspired by BooYAH!’s loyal customers who LOVE tartness.  Parrot Head with its infusion of fresh Young Thai Coconut, limes and garden-picked mojito mint, is ideal for fish.  I love to add about a 1/4 cup to a pint of plain yogurt, add a tsp of dill and mix.  Pour over your fish fillets and bake, typically about 7-10 minutes for an average thickness.  With salmon or tuna steaks, pour on liberally half way through the baking process or pour over finished steaks after grilling.  Parrot Head also makes a great mojito cocktail or margherita!
