Once infused for 30 days, the apple cider vinegar (ACV) base is balanced by natural hazelnut syrup and raw (demerara) sugar. The perfect combination of sweet and tart! A delectable addition to your daily kombucha or hot or cold tea, especially a rich black tea. The Scarlet Letter is fun for cocktailing and pairs well with just about any liquor. When cocktailing with shrubs, typically it’s a 1-to-1 ratio to the alcohol. (NOTE: The Scarlet Letter contains milk allergens and tree nuts.)
